Grub food company was created and founded by Yeshvin Mathew in 2016 to help establish new entrepreneurs venturing into the restaurant business.

Our Founder

Yeshvin Mathew

A graduate from Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, who started off his career with Zomato. With a keen business acumen and a passion to serve the best burgers with the finest ingredients, in Chennai, Yeshvin along with Tanush Thomas opened Brick House Bistro in 2014.

This runaway success led him to start consulting for different new restaurants and help set up a successful model for entrepreneurs as well as seasoned professionals in the Hotel and food industry.

A foodie at heart, who still occasionally tries his hand out preparing some exquisite dishes, Yeshvin is keen at discerning what food needs to look and taste like. His other passions include travel and experimenting with various cuisines.
